I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless with crisp white linen and fluffy towels, though the shower room was a bit small. The location was ideal, just a walk away from the Southsea beach and Portsmouth attractions. However, the dining experience at the nearby Farm Kitchen was exceptional, offering delicious food at great value.
The hotel is in a great location with all you need for a functional short stay, ideal for a business trip. The room, while spacious for a 'king' room as advertised, had limited space to move around between the bed and bathroom door or between beds. The service was satisfactory, though reception being unmanned between midnight and 7 was a drawback. The dining experience at the nearby Farm Kitchen was delightful, offering delicious food, but it was disappointing that dining was not available onsite without prior notice. Overall, a lovely location close to local shops and a park, convenient for trips to Isle of Wight, but facing some challenges with availability outside reception hours.
The hotel had clean and modern rooms with a great view, although slightly smaller than expected. The spotless and very comfortable accommodations offered a pleasant stay overall, but there were some minor drawbacks. The location was fantastic for accessing nearby attractions and amenities, making it ideal for exploring the Southsea area. The dining options were convenient, with a lovely cafe nearby for meals. Some improvements could be made to the continental breakfast to enhance the overall dining experience.
